1. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly. When you submit a form on this site, that is your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, and anything you type into the message field.

• Information you submit through a form on this site, including your SMS consent choice and the date and time you made it.
• Information you give us over the phone, by email, or in person when arranging or carrying out work.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, device type, and the pages you viewed, which is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule an inspection, and quote and carry out work.
• To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message.
• To send alerts and occasional marketing messages, but only where you have given consent, and only until you withdraw it.
• To handle an insurance claim with you and your adjuster, where that is what you have asked us to do.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to resolve disputes.

3. Text messages and your consent

Ticking the SMS consent box on our form is how you agree to receive text messages from EVZone Construction. It is never ticked for you, and it is never required in order to request an inspection or a quote: you can leave it unticked and still submit the form.

Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Withdrawing SMS consent does not affect any work already arranged, and we will still be able to reach you by phone or email.

Consent you give us here applies only to EVZone Construction. We do not sell or pass your phone number to anyone else for their own marketing, and no third party gets your consent by way of ours.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the work or run the business:

• Service providers who operate systems on our behalf, such as our customer relationship manager, email delivery, and website hosting. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
• Your insurance carrier and its adjuster, where you have asked us to help with a claim.
• Suppliers and subcontractors, limited to what they need to complete your job.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to do the work you asked for and to meet our legal, tax, warranty, and record-keeping obligations. Where a job carries a workmanship warranty, we keep the job record for at least the length of that warranty so the warranty can actually be honoured.

6. Your choices

To do any of these, email evzoneconstruction@gmail.com, or call (405) 420-9580. We will not treat you differently for asking.

• You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
• You can ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are required to keep it or need it for an active job, warranty, or claim.
• You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
• You can ask us to stop contacting you altogether.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what it needs to function, plus basic analytics to see which pages are being read. We do not use your browsing on this site to build an advertising profile of you. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies, and the site remains usable if you do.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and access to our records is limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not ask for sensitive information such as bank details, card numbers, or Social Security numbers through this website, and you should not send them to us that way.

9. Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use your information will be reflected here before they take effect.
