Insurance Claim Assistance
We photograph and document the damage, meet your adjuster on the roof, and work through the scope so nothing gets missed. You make one phone call and we handle the rest.
What This Covers
Most homeowners have filed one or two roof claims in their life. Adjusters do it every day. The gap is not honesty, it is familiarity: knowing what belongs in a scope, what the line items are called, and what gets missed. We close that gap by being on the roof with your adjuster.
Signs You Need This Service
- A storm went through and you do not know whether to file
- An adjuster's scope came back lower than the damage you can see
- Your claim was denied and you think it should not have been
- You do not know what your policy actually covers on the roof
Materials & Methods
- Full photographic damage documentation
- Line-item scope review against what the roof actually needs
What to Expect
- 01We inspect and document before you file, so you know what you have
- 02We meet the adjuster on the roof and walk it together
- 03We handle the scope conversation and keep you out of the back-and-forth
How a Claim Actually Runs
| Roof Type | Lifespan | Common Issues | Repair Complexity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inspection before filing | Free | Filing blind puts a claim on record | Know what you have first |
| Documentation | Photographic | Thin evidence invites a denial | Every hit, every elevation |
| Adjuster meeting | On the roof | Scope decided without you present | The single highest-value step |
| Scope review | Line by line | Drip edge, ventilation, underlayment omitted | Where an approved claim still leaves you short |

Questions
Insurance Claim Assistance Questions
Will you meet my adjuster?
Yes, on the roof. That is the single most useful thing we do on a claim, because it is where scope gets decided.
What if my claim was already denied?
A denial is not always final. If the damage is there and was documented properly, a supplement or re-inspection is often possible.
Can you tell me what my policy covers?
We can read the roof and tell you what it needs. What your policy pays is between you and your carrier, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Is it illegal for a roofer to write the estimate so I do not have to pay my deductible?
Yes, and people ask us this constantly. The deductible has to come from somewhere, which means an inflated bid to your carrier, and that makes you a participant. Some states charge it as a felony. Any contractor offering it is telling you how they do business.
Why did my insurer only offer half of what the roof costs to replace?
Usually because the scope is short, not because the carrier is refusing. Missing line items like drip edge, ventilation, or underlayment add up fast. That gap is what we work on when we meet the adjuster on the roof.
