Storm Damage Repair

Central Oklahoma takes some of the most punishing storms in the country. We tarp the same day where needed, then document and restore so the scope reflects what the roof actually needs.

What This Covers

After a storm the priority is stopping water getting in, then documenting what happened properly. Central Oklahoma storms produce mixed damage, so the roof usually needs a full assessment rather than a patch on the one obvious spot.

Signs You Need This Service

  • Shingles in the yard or in the gutters after high wind
  • Fresh dents in gutters, downspouts, vents, or the AC condenser
  • Limbs down on the roof
  • Neighbours already having roofs replaced

What it looks like

Documenting the storm properly

Storm damage is usually mixed: some lifted, some creased, some gone. Getting all of it into the scope is what decides whether the repair covers the damage.

Questions

Storm Damage Repair Questions

Should I file a claim before or after you inspect?

Inspect first. We document what is actually there so you know whether you have a claim worth filing before you put one on your record.

How fast can you get out after a storm?

We are local, so we are usually already inside the affected area rather than driving in from out of state after the fact.

What does emergency tarping cost?

It is part of the storm response rather than a separate upsell. Stopping water is the priority and we sort the rest afterwards.

My neighbours are all getting new roofs. Do I need one?

Maybe, maybe not. Damage varies street to street and even slope to slope. An inspection answers it; a knock on the door does not.

How do I avoid a storm-chasing contractor?

Ask who will answer the phone in three years. Out-of-state crews follow hail and move on, which is a problem when a warranty claim comes up.
