What counts as an emergency?
Water actively getting into the building, a tree or limb through the roof, or a section of roofing gone. If the inside of the house is at risk, call.
Will a tarp damage my roof?
No. We fasten tarps so they hold in wind, and the fastening points sit inside the area we are already going to repair.
What should I do before you arrive?
Move what you can out of the way and put a container under the drip. Do not go up on a wet roof.
Do you charge more for after-hours calls?
Emergency response is priced honestly and explained before we start. You will not get a surprise.
Will the emergency repair be permanent?
Not usually. The first visit stops the water. The permanent repair gets scheduled once the weather clears and we can do it properly.
