How deep do the posts go?
Deep enough for our clay soil, which heaves shallow posts out over wet and dry cycles. Depth and how the posts are set matter more to how long a fence lasts than the panels do.
What does a new fence cost?
It depends on material and run length. Vinyl commonly runs 15 to 40 dollars a linear foot nationally for a four to six foot fence; cedar and chain link sit differently. We measure and quote the actual run.
Wood or vinyl?
Wood costs less up front and can be stained to taste but needs upkeep. Vinyl costs more and asks almost nothing of you afterwards. Neither is wrong.
Do you locate utilities before digging?
Always. Utility locate happens before a post hole is dug, and we confirm the property line before we set anything.
How long does a fence take?
Most residential runs go in within a few days, with a wait between setting posts and hanging panels so the concrete can cure.
