1. Agreement to these terms

By using https://evzoneconstruction.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of the website and any enquiry you send through it.

2. What this site is for

This site describes the services EVZone Construction offers and lets you request an inspection or a quote. Submitting a form starts a conversation. It is not a booking, and it does not create a contract for work or oblige either of us to proceed.

3. Your contract for work is separate from these terms

If you go ahead with a job, the terms of that job are set by the written contract or work authorisation you sign, together with any scope, change orders, and warranty documents that go with it. Nothing on this website changes that contract, and nothing here should be read as setting a price, a scope, a schedule, or a warranty.

Where anything on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the signed contract governs.

4. Estimates, quotes, and pricing on this site

Any price range, cost figure, or comparison on this site is general information to help you plan, not a quote. Real pricing depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the materials chosen, the condition of what is underneath, and what an inspection finds. A binding price comes only in a written quote for your specific property.

5. Insurance claims

Where we help with an insurance claim, we document damage, meet your adjuster, and work through the scope with you. We do not adjust claims, we do not act as your insurance agent or public adjuster, and we cannot promise a claim will be approved or that any particular amount will be paid. Those decisions belong to your carrier and are governed by your policy.

6. Photographs and content on this site

Text, layout, graphics, and photographs on this site are owned by EVZone Construction or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Where a photograph is illustrative rather than a picture of a job we completed, it is used to show the kind of work or damage being described. Illustrative images are not represented as our own completed projects.

7. Communications you agree to receive

When you submit a form you are asking us to get back to you, so you agree we may respond by phone or email using the details you gave. Text messages are separate: we only text you if you tick the SMS consent box, and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

8. Accuracy and availability

We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but content may be out of date or contain errors, and roofing practice, code, and pricing all change. We may change or remove content at any time. We do not promise the site will always be available or free of interruption.

9. Links to other sites

Where this site links to another company, such as a financing partner or a manufacturer, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. Read their terms before relying on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EVZone Construction is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published on it. This limitation applies to the website. It does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed contract for work, and it does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Emergency situations

If water is coming into your home, or the roof or structure is unsafe, treat it as an emergency and call us at (405) 420-9580 rather than waiting on a form. If there is any danger to people, or you suspect a gas or electrical hazard, call the emergency services first.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and the effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
